PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of murder in violation of section 690.1, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty of murder in the second degree in violation of Code section 690.3, and sentenced to a term of 35 years in the men's penitentiary at Ford Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment...
