AYRES, Judge.

This is an action in tort wherein plaintiffs, husband and wife, seek to recover, of their lessor's insurer, damages for personal injuries sustained by the wife and reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by the husband in the treatment of the wife's injuries, as well as for the loss of her wages. The action arose from an accident of October 5, 1962, allegedly caused by a defective condition of the leased premises.
