This is a suit for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. The trial court denied specific performance and the plaintiff has appealed.

The defendants were the owners of a ranch containing approximately 5,500 acres of land. They listed the land with Downing and Reed Agency, a real estate firm. Not being able to find a buyer for the whole tract, defendants agreed to sell it...
