Reed and one McClenny were jointly charged and convicted of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary. Reed thereafter being sentenced to a term in the State Reformatory and McClenny to a term in the State Penitentiary. McClenny then sued out a writ of error seeking review of his own conviction. Thereafter Reed caused a separate writ of error to issue, whereby he now seeks reversal of the judgment and...
