Highway 190 near its intersection with Cedar Street in the Town of Livingston, Louisiana, when a 1953 Buick sedan being driven by a defendant, James W. Sullivan, and being operated in a westerly direction on U. S. Highway 190, attempted to make a left-hand turn at the Cedar...
