Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of false uttering of a check in the sum of $60. contrary to section 713.3, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a term not to exceed seven years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison, as authorized by sections 713.1, 713.3.
