The appellant, Edgar Stavang, who was plaintiff in the district court, was an employee of the Diamond Match Company at its plant in Cloquet, Minnesota, participating in the manufacture of matches. The appellant brought an action in the District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi against the appellee, American Potash and Chemical Corporation.
