This is an appeal from an order of the 161st District Court of Ector County overruling the plea of privilege of the defendant, Larry Blackmon, who is appellant here. The parties will be referred to as they were in the trial court. Plaintiff sued the defendant on an account in which he alleged that the defendant was a resident of Tarrant County.
