Marshall Jamison and his collision insurer, South Texas Lloyds Automobile Insurance Company, sue Willie J. Williamson, his insurer, Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, Roy J. Cunningham, James R. Cunningham and the latter's insurer, American Insurance Company, for property damages to Jamison's 1959 Chevrolet automobile.
