This is a workmen's compensation suit. Plaintiff is seeking to recover workmen's compensation, medical expenses, penalties and attorney's fees from defendant on the allegation of an injury sustained while working for defendant on August 4, 1962. After trial on the merits, the trial court dismissed the plaintiff's suit on its finding that the plaintiff failed to prove the occurrence of the alleged accident.
