This is an appeal by American Leonic Manufacturing Company from an order of Court of Common Pleas No. 1 of Philadelphia County, which dismissed the Company's appeal from an assessment by the School District of Philadelphia of additional general business taxes for the years 1959, 1960, 1961, and 1963.
