The Chicago and North Western Railway Company takes three appeals from an order of the district court affirming three separate orders of the Railroad and Warehouse Commission. The commission, after hearing evidence on the market value of three lots located in Windom, Minnesota, owned and let by the railroad, issued the orders setting the amount of rent to be paid. The railroad makes but one assertion—that the commission does not have jurisdiction...
