Tilton (hereinafter referred to as the claimant or appellant), as the widow of Freddie Tilton, deceased, against The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Riley (hereinafter referred to as the respondent or appellee). The appeal is from a judgment rendered by the district court of Riley County in favor of appellee.
