HOOD, Judge.

This is an action for damages instituted by plaintiff individually and for the use and benefit of his minor son, Raphael LeBlanc, for personal injuries sustained by his son when he was struck by an automobile being driven by defendant, Oscar E. Gauthier, Jr. After trial, judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of defendant, and plaintiff has appealed.

The accident occurred about 4:15 p. m....
