This is a damage suit resulting from the collision of two automobiles at the intersection of North Fannin and Marlow Road in Cameron, Texas. Appellee Hightower, the plaintiff below, was driving his car north on North Fannin at noontime. Appellant Hudson, defendant below, drove his car into North Fannin from the west and the two cars collided.
