PER CURIAM.

On authority of State v. Hord, N.C., 141 S.E.2d 241, we hold that the defendant at the time referred to in these bills of indictment, was an officer of the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, within the meaning of G.S. § 14-230. Even so, this does not mean necessarily that he acted wilfully or corruptly in failing to arrest Betty Deloris Helms for forgery under the circumstances set out in these bills of indictment...
