Petitioner, Marcus, is an individual trading as the Stanton Blanket Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut. He is a converter or wholesaler of blankets who either buys cloth and remnants and cuts them into blankets, or buys blankets directly from manufacturers for resale. Petitioner's blankets all bear his label when sold. Sometimes the labels are attached by petitioner's employees at his warehouse; on other occasions, petitioner sends his labels...
