This is a suit by San Antonio Plumbing Supply Company, hereafter called SAPSCO, against Great American Reserve Insurance Company on a policy insuring the life of one of its officers, Sul Ross. Both parties filed motions for summary judgment. The trial court granted the motion of plaintiff, SAPSCO, and overruled that of defendant, Great American.
