Defendants-appellants are husband and wife and both are licensed attorneys of the Ohio bar, having resided at Twinsburg, Ohio, during the period involved in this case. They were indicted on three substantive counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 13411 and one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. The jury returned a verdict of guilty as to both defendants...
