Petitioner1 was convicted of burglary in the fourth degree in the Delaware Superior Court, his conviction affirmed by the Delaware Supreme Court, and this petition for habeas corpus followed. The facts as found by the Supreme Court of Delaware, Williams v. State, 206 A.2d 501, seem fairly to reflect the record. They are as follows:
