In this action for wrongful death, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff widow for $52,700.00. The defendant has moved the court to set aside the verdict and judgment and grant a new trial on either (1) all issues, or (2) on the issue of damages, on the ground that the verdict is excessive and appears to have been given under the influence of passion and prejudice.
