This is the second case which has come before us involving the affairs of the late George Magiros (George), of Elkton. George was born in Greece and emigrated to the United States in 1910. In 1916, he married his first wife by whom he had three children, Thomas, John and Peter. George's first wife died in 1931. In 1933, he settled in Elkton with Thomas and John and engaged...
