Appellant, an inmate of the New Mexico State Penitentiary, appeals from a denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

Silva was arrested by the New Mexico Highway Patrol along with two others as suspects of an armed robbery. They were taken to Albuquerque where the robbery had occurred and turned over to the city police. Interrogation of the three suspects by police officers followed.
