The appellant, defendant below, filed a petition collaterally attacking his judgment and sentence in the Criminal Court of Record for armed robbery. The trial court treated the pleadings as a Motion to Vacate the Judgment and Sentence, pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule No. 1, F.S.A. ch. 924 Appendix, and entered an order denying the petition.
