This is an appeal from a judgment awarding damages for breach of warranty to the plaintiffs.

In 1950, Amos and Marie Brulotte purchased the Four Daughters Ranch in Kittitas County. Amos died in 1953, and thereafter, the ranch was held by the National Bank of Commerce and Marie Brulotte as co-trustees under Amos's will and by Marie individually, as his widow. They will...
