This is an appeal by plaintiff McCleneghan from final judgment dismissing his antitrust complaint for treble damages brought under § 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1, and § 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 15, against Union Stock Yards Co. of Omaha (Stock Yards), Omaha Live Stock Exchange (Live Stock) and Omaha Livestock Traders Exchange (Traders).
