The above-named defendant was found guilty of violating a zoning ordinance in the Township of Kidder. We allowed an appeal. We now dispose of such appeal upon stipulation of facts filed by respective counsel.
We are called upon to determine the validity of a township ordinance prohibiting trailers equipped for or used for living purposes from being located anywhere
