Appellant filed a complaint seeking, inter alia, an injunction against appellees. Appellees filed a Motion to Dismiss on the grounds that the complaint failed to state a cause of action. The trial court granted the Motion to Dismiss, with prejudice. This appeal followed. The parties will be referred to herein as in the trial court.
