This appeal comes to us from a judgment rendered by the Honorable Gustave Hoelscher, Judge of the Wayne Circuit Court, Richmond, Indiana, entered on the 22nd day of October, 1964, having first found that appellants had failed to plead over within the time required by the rules of that court, after the said court had sustained a demurrer addressed to the complaint.
