This appeal is from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict absolving all defendants of liability in a personal injury action stemming from a collision of automobiles in a smoke enveloped area on Highway 64, Marshall County, Iowa.

Jurisdiction, grounded upon diversity of citizenship, is established. The substantive law of Iowa controls.
