LARSON, Justice.

The sole question presented by this appeal is whether there was substantial competent evidence as to plaintiff's freedom from contributory negligence to generate a jury question. In this action tried to the court, the court held a fact question was presented, determined it in favor of plaintiff, and rendered judgment for damages in the sum of $3,295.00 plus interest from October 15, 1961.
