The state of Missouri at the relation of the Prosecuting Attorney of Howell County, Missouri, was successful in its action below in which it was adjudged that a parcel of land in Mountain View, Missouri, had escheated to the state upon the death of the owner, Levenia Peters, who died in 1923.
