This case is before the Court upon the petition of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of the Board's order issued against C. L. Frank, Inc., respondent. The order is based on the Board's findings and conclusions that the Company violated Section 8(a) (5) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by refusal to bargain with the Union1 and that such refusal was not based on any good faith doubt that...
