This is an appeal from a summary final decree. From the record on appeal, it appears that in 1961 the appellants were involved in an automobile accident with an alleged uninsured motorist. The appellant, Josie Vangates Williams, through her lawyer, brought the accident to the attention of her insurance carrier, the appellee herein, in the spring of 1962, as follows:
