This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing the petition of Lennart A. Benson in consolidated post-conviction and habeas corpus proceedings1 in Marion county circuit court brought to set aside two judgments of conviction of forgery in Lincoln county circuit court sentencing Benson to three years imprisonment on each of the convictions with the sentences running concurrently.
