Appellant's motion under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 to vacate sentence was initially denied by the District Court without a hearing, and we dismissed the appeal taken by him as being frivolous. Bone v. United States, 8 Cir., 305 F.2d 772. The Supreme Court granted certiorari, vacated the judgment, and remanded the case "for further consideration in light of Sanders v. United States, 373 U.S. 1<...
