Plaintiff contractor recovered judgment for the final payment ($37,161.52) on a contract for the construction of a sewerage treatment plant and appurtenances at Norco, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, but its claim for damages ($38,402.84) allegedly occasioned by defendant's delay of the work and the claim for extra work ($745.95) were denied. Plaintiff appeals.
