This action was brought by the administrator of the estate of Herbert J. Garner, deceased, against The Bank of Callao, herein called the Bank, branch of the Bank of Westmoreland, Incorporated, and General Fidelity Life Insurance Company, herein referred to as Fidelity, on a renewal note made by Garner to the Bank for $1500, dated January 12, 1963, payable six months after date.
