Plaintiff, an incorporated city in Riverside County, brought an action to condemn all the property of the Beaumont Irrigation District. The district demurred to the complaint on the grounds that it did not state a cause of action and that the court had no jurisdiction of the subject-matter. The court sustained the demurrer, the city failed to amend the complaint, and judgment was entered dismissing the action. The city appeals from the judgment. The facts...
