This action is brought by the sole beneficiary of a life insurance policy to recover the sum of $25,000.00 allegedly due and owing as a result of the death of the insured. The jurisdictional requirements are satisfied. There is no dispute over the essential facts which are agreed upon in the Stipulation filed by the parties. The only question to be decided by this Court is whether the truck which the insured was operating at the time of his injury...
