THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the Court sitting without a jury upon Libel In Rem and In Personam, for cargo damage filed on behalf of Libelant, UNITED PURVEYORS, INC., and against the M/V "NEW YORKER", EAGLE, INC., and SOUTH ATLANTIC AND CARIBBEAN LINE, INC. The Court having considered the evidence, including exhibits filed herein, and Briefs of Proctors for the respective parties and Pre-trial Stipulation, now makes the following Findings...
