Mrs. Shirley Tucker, by next friend, alleging that she was mentally incompetent brought her petition as amended, in three counts against her husband, Charles E. Tucker, Sr., her guardian, and Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, and John P. Strother. General demurrers were filed to each of the counts by each defendant.
