Plaintiff appeals from a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of defendant, Robert R. Reck. A jury trial on plaintiff's claim for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision on July 28, 1956, resulted in a verdict and judgment for $10,000. In his post-trial motion defendant urged that a judgment notwithstanding the verdict be entered because the court had erred in not dismissing the complaint...
