This is an action for separation from bed and board instituted by Mrs. Shirley Bushnell Lerch against her husband, Kenn Russell Lerch. Plaintiff alleges as grounds for her demands that the defendant failed and refused to support her while she and her minor children were in necessitous circumstances. Judgment was rendered by the trial court rejecting plaintiff's demands, and she has appealed.
