This is an appeal from a suit against the Recorder of Mortgages and King for Toys, Inc., seeking a writ of mandamus to compel the cancellation of the inscription of a judgment which was recorded in the office of the Recorder of Mortgages for the Parish of Orleans in mortgage office book 1999, folio 469.
