WADE, Justice:

The plaintiff, Mrs. Malmstrom, appeals from a nonsuit judgment after she had submitted her evidence to the court and jury. She claims damages from defendant, Dr. Olsen, respondent here, a licensed chiropractor, for negligent malpractice in violently jerking her neck and head in giving treatments for low back pains in her spine, and thereby rupturing the fifth and sixth cervical discs in her neck. The nonsuit was granted for lack of expert testimony...
