This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting Plaintiff's (vendee) demand for specific performance by Defendant (vendor) of an agreement of sale of an immovable; and dismissing Defendant's reconventional demand for a rescission on the grounds of fraud in its procurement, and for lesion.
