This action was instituted by plaintiffs, Ernest H. Dervishian and Anne G. Dervishian, against defendant, National Fire Insurance Company of Hartford, to recover for loss or damage to trees and shrubs under a "comprehensive dwelling policy" of insurance issued to plaintiffs.
