FAY, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' income tax liability for 1959 in the amount of $725.04. The issue for decision is whether petitioners are entitled to deductions for legal fees of $2,000 and $712.50 paid in 1959.

All of the facts have been stipulated by the parties and are found accordingly.
