This present litigation is the sequel to Higgins, Inc. v. Walker, La.App., 153 So.2d 580 (writs denied by the Supreme Court), wherein we decreed plaintiff, Higgins, Inc., entitled to a refund of unemployment compensation benefits erroneously paid during the three year period next preceding May 15, 1953.
